Terms & estimate limits

Last updated: 15 October 2026. These terms describe the free planning tools provided by Srujan Panyala trading as Measure & Make.

Planning estimates

Results are indicative material and budget estimates based on the information you enter. They are not a binding quote, product recommendation, survey, structural design or installation specification. Recheck measurements, product coverage, cutting plans and the suitability of the chosen materials before ordering or starting work.

What each planner assumes

• Fence: one straight run, panels between posts, and a post at each end. Bag usage is your entered allowance.
• Patio: one rectangle, one slab size and a straight grid; cut offcuts are not reused. Layer depths are entered assumptions.
• Gravel: a level layer with an entered loose bulk density; bag and tonne estimates depend on that value.
• Panelling: a flat framed strip grid. Partial opening overlaps are kept conservatively for trimming; decorative mitres and backing sheets are excluded.
• Skirting: straight finished lengths with positioned openings. Stock allocation is a suggestion and may require joins. Angled-joint allowances are not modelled.

Prices and purchases

Prices are entered by you. Blank prices are excluded and a partial subtotal is identified. VAT, delivery, labour, tools and additional materials must be considered according to the prices and extras you enter. Supplier prices, availability, minimum orders and coverage may change. Measure & Make does not currently accept orders or payments for materials.

Saved plans and availability

Saved projects use your browser’s storage and can be removed by browser settings or device changes. Keep a printed copy if you need a durable record. Website features may be updated or temporarily unavailable. Recheck old saved plans after a tool or product specification changes.

Using the website

You may use the planners and print their results for your own planning. Do not interfere with the service or present a generated estimate as a professional approval. External supplier websites operate under their own terms.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. The website’s privacy notice explains its handling of data. The public contact inbox is still being configured; its status is shown on the Contact page.
