A clearer starting point for DIY.
Measure & Make helps you turn measurements into a practical materials plan.
Who runs the website?
Measure & Make is operated by Srujan Panyala. It is an independent website for planning small home and garden projects, with tools for fences, patios, gravel, wall panelling and skirting.
What the planners do
The tools show quantities, useful layout sketches and the assumptions behind them. You can add your own prices, print results or save a project on your device without an account. A result is intended to help you prepare a shopping list and ask suppliers better questions.
How we approach accuracy
The formulas and worked examples are explained on the planner pages. Supplier guidance is linked where product behaviour matters. Some inputs, such as gravel density or post-mix usage, must be checked for the product and site rather than treated as fixed universal values.
What an estimate does not replace
A quantity calculation does not inspect ground conditions, determine structural suitability or design an installation. Check measurements, product instructions and the cutting layout before ordering or working. The estimate limits explain the scope.
Images and commercial links
Project imagery is AI-generated in a photographic style to illustrate the categories. It is not a portfolio of installations completed by Measure & Make. The website currently has no paid ads or commission-earning product links. Any future affiliate recommendations will be identified; see the affiliate disclosure.
